Shipping and Handling Policy

SHIPPING and HANDLING TIME

We strive to get art orders shipped within 3 to 5 business day. It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an orderShipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination We do not ship on any USPS holidays. Tracking numbers are provided via email when the label is printed, but movement may be delayed based on when scanning occurs. Tracking is not always available for some locations.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

The merchandise you order may be filled in multiple packages and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Shipping to multiple addresses requires placing separate orders.

IMPORT DUTIES, FEES and TAXES

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission an/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.

DAMAGES and ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in shipping. If you receive the wrong item, let us know.
