Bitter Darlings® is rooted in the belief that life exists in contrasts: strength and vulnerability, discipline and freedom, challenge and triumph. As an eternal optimist, I believe there is always a silver lining, even in adversity. The name Bitter Darlings reflects this duality, much like yin and yang: a reminder that even difficult experiences can hold beauty, growth, and the power to rise stronger.
At the heart of the brand is “Never Broken Hearted.” It represents self preservation, inner strength, and the belief that no one should have the power to define your happiness. True power comes from within, from how you carry yourself, care for yourself, and choose to keep moving forward.

ABOUT ZARINAH DENNIS
As a self taught artist and mother of two, my journey into entrepreneurship began as a personal healing process. What started as creating art to manage emotional stress evolved into a calling to build something meaningful, rooted in creativity, self love, and wellness.
I hold a Master of Science in Education in Instructional Technology, a background that strengthened my ability to connect, uplift, and inspire. My passion for health and well being eventually led me to merge my artistic vision with the empowerment I found through fitness, resulting in an art driven athleisure collection that celebrates self love, healing, and movement.
Whether on your walls or in your wardrobe, Bitter Darlings® brings art to life in a way that moves with you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is a canvas to inspire confidence, spark joy, and encourage people to prioritize themselves unapologetically.
