I am a self-taught artist and go by the name Bitter Darlings. I am a mother of two that prides myself on instilling in my children the importance of believing in themselves and positive energy. Being an artist in itself is a very vulnerable act and I've gotten to where I am today by the love, support, collaborations and encouragement from family, friends, and art lovers. Bitter Darlings is rooted in a quest to constantly improve in meaningful and measurable ways. My goal as an artist is to celebrate and represent women through my art, women who get up and get it done, live life to the fullest, and crave wonder and grace all while giving back and making a difference. One of my purposes is to find beauty everywhere, to romanticize my existence, and create art from chaos. It is my hope that Bitter Darlings encourages confidence, fearlessness and self-love.
